Toca's Firestorm Series are limited edition hand drums constructed from Asian Oak shells and featuring a traditional Afro-Cuban shape for increased volume and resonance. Hardware is gold titanium. The drums have comfort curve rims that secure the bison heads to the bearing edge to enhance sharp slaps and rich, warm open tones. <BR><BR>6-lugs are used on the congas to provide a wider tuning range with more stability. Thoughtfully designed carriage bolt tension hardware increases tuning stability and strength while presenting a sleeker appearance. Rubber gaskets under the lug side plates eliminates metal to wood contact.
