The unique condenser under-saddle transducer is made with patented elastic electret film and is ultra thin and stiff for better string balance, higher output, greater durability, and lower background noise. A1 active preamp delivers 24dB of gain with 750 hours on one battery and is directly coupled with the high-quality end-pin jack for low mass and easy installation. Pickup lead plugs into preamp with a no-solder jack. Kit includes all mounting hardware, 9-volt hold-tight battery clip, and wire harness. (Battery not included.)
