The Fostex 8340 SCSI Card for VF08 is an optional card that gives you fast backup to external SCSI removable devices such as ZIP, ZIP250, and DVD-RAM drives. You can also import and export audio data in WAV file format via a DOS-formatted (FAT 16) disk using a SCSI removable device. A future software update will allow data backup to a CD-RW. The Fostex 8340 card can easily be retrofitted to the VF08's card slot following the supplied manual's installation guide.
