The humidifier has an open-cell phenolic foam insert that slowly releases moisture as needed and doesn't shrink or deform to cause leakage. Registers relative humidity levels from 20% to 99% and temperatures from -32 to 122 degrees Fahrenheit (also can indicate temperature in centigrade). A memory function records the date/time of the highest and lowest temperature/humidity levels the instrument has been exposed to. Choose small size (for violins, violas, clarinets, etc.) or large size (for guitars, cellos, basses, oboes, etc.).
