Master luthier Abe Wechter created the visually and sonically distinctive Wechter Pathmaker Acoustic-Electric Guitar. It features a patented headblock design with a 19th-fret joint giving you the feel of a solidbody neck on an acoustic instrument. Hand-scalloped top braces produce crystalline acoustic projection. It's built with a spruce top and maple back, sides, and neck with bound top, back, and fingerboard. The 3-pickup system by Wechter features a soundhole microphone and magnetic pickup plus an under-the-saddle piezo run through a 3-band EQ with magnetic/piezo blender to give you incredible tonal versatility. The standard and XLR jacks can be used simultaneously to further shape your sound. A phase reversing switch squelches feedback. It can be powered via a 9V battery or phantom power.
