The Ovation 2073LX Classic Contour Guitar features a AAA grade solid spruce smooth and a hard composite Lyrachord GS body that has improved projection and reflects top vibrations better than traditional material and is now even stronger and lighter. The Ovation 2073LX has a custom LX scalloped bracing pattern that evenly supports the top to provide the ultimate in acoustic output. The Artist Contour has a deluxe grade ebony fretboard, a traditional slotted peghead, an Inlaid oakleaf rosette, and gold tuning machines with black buttons. The guitar is comfortable to play and has a cutaway to access the entire fretboard.The 2073LX guitar has an OP-Pro preamp system was developed to work specifically with the unique Ovation Patented Pickup. This professional grade system has been engineered to compliment the unique character of Ovation guitars. The OP-Pro includes a 3-band EQ and a built-in tuner.
