This is a simple major scale exercise, beginning with the lower octave and ascending two octaves then descending back down the scale. The ability to be able to play two full
octaves on a 10-hole harmonica without having to bend notes makes the Melody Maker much easier to play than the traditionally tuned 10-hole harmonicas.
The video MIDI files are in the key of G so to play along you will need a G Melody Maker, but the pattern would be the same for a Melody Maker in any key.
