As long as at least one of the co-writers of a song is a current resident of one of the Great Lakes states (Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, or New York) or the Province of Ontario, you can enter. Sorry, but this year, we're limiting entries to current residents only.
