I just got the Anthology of American folk music (Harry Smith). wow!!!! what a great collection of the first recordings of American music. I highly recomend it to everyone.

I have the  CD anthology also.  It's a treasure.  Can't count the books with sheet music and lyrics I have.  I particularly like the Lomax recordings in the Audio link.
