Hello,

I recently picked up a ukulele at a yard sale and am trying to identify it.  It’s labeled “C.F. Martin & Co. Nazareth, PA” on the back and inside.  It’s measurements match the CF Martin Soprano Uke specs that I found on a Uke website (http://www.tikiking.com), but I’m not sure if it is really a Martin, and when it was made.  It’s rather plain looking.  Can someone help me out?  I’m going to include links to some pics of the Uke.

Thanks!

I'm no expert on Martin ukes, but the shape of the headstock and the solid mahogany wood grain looks right.  Get some tuning pegs and ukulele strings and play it!

The stamp inside in the third picture is exactly like the stamps inside any Martin instruments I've seen. I'd bet the farm that it's genuine.
