Albert King is the man!!! I love all types of music -country, blues, rap, r&b, soul..but lately i have really been feelin the blues. I found this online today I am definitely adding it to my itunes playlist.. http://bit.ly/AlbertKingInSession. It’s only $1.99 and its a collaboration with Albert King and Stevie Ray! its amazing...they are def twoof the best blues artists yet.

Country, blues, rap, R&B and soul music are all the same to me... modern traditional forms.

I love the blues but am mainly committed to acoustic blues. That said, of the modern electric players, Roy Rogers is my favorite and he has a recent album available on I-tunes. Take a listen to Holy Ghost Moan from the album Split Decision. Built for Comfort from Rhythm and Groove and Duckwalk from Slideways are also excellent. I won't try to get into my list of favorite acoustic albums--my Itunes playlist is extensive. Oddly, as I read your email, I am working on a Del Rey Blues Ukulele DVD lesson. Jon
