DO they have any pictures from the 60's. No. That was before photography was invented.

Yeah, and those frailers were too fast for the sculptors to catch!

I find referring to the late 80's as "history" really upsetting.

Peace,
Ed

They're "history" to me. ;) I was 2/3 of my present age in the late 80's and into my 2nd career. :2gramps:

Santana... not the musician, the philospher said something about not knowing history and being forced to repeat it.

I see that all the time. Case in point (and see the nearby thread), Erik Darling and his group The Rooftop Singers are generally credited with the song Walk Right In. They never claimed credit. A guy named Gus Cannon wrote it way back when. He never bothered to copywrite it. But Erik being a gentleman, paid royalites to the still very much alive Mr. Cannon at the time.

I was playing Crossroads Blues at a jam and most of the people there, including some fine musicians and not all that young either, said they loved Clapton. I said, "Who?" (knowing full well who Eric Clapton is), "It's a Robert Johnson song."
They said, "Who?"

Who'se zooming who.
