Find and share area jams on http://www.folkjam.org folkjam makes it easy to find jam sessions at home and on the road. It was born out of the frustration many musicians have experienced when looking to find places to play music when traveling or when they are brave enough to venture out to their first jam. The site depends on the kindness of strangers in a sense, since the festival, workshop and jam session listings come from the people who love attending them. If your favorite public jam is not on the map we would love for you to share it. Just sign up (free) with us and post it. If you are looking to start a jam, create a group on the site, describe what you are looking for and enter your city.
