hmm, heck of an idea there reber, a food processing plant would have stainless shim stock, that is all they use. are you thinking of waffling it with the folded edges built right in? have you anything on hand to stamp it with? Den

It would be more of a machine shop item. Most machine shops use a lot of it and always have it on hand, .025 or .030 would be plenty thick I believe. I was thinking of just putting a row slight bends on a brake another at 90 degree. Could put a pretty neat patern with some leather working tools also. Karl
