Hi All: I have printed off two great songs to play Clawhammer Style On the Banjo, however on TablEdit it show TEMPO as 200 BPM. The Songs Are- I Saw The Light Blue Tail Fly I guess If I Live to be a Hundred I might do it. Any suggestion? Thanks Still Having Fun Heydaye

Hi Heydaye, There's nothing official about that tempo -- play the songs at any speed you're comfortable with. To me that sounds too fast for both of those songs (especially Blue Tail Fly). Nobody's counting beats per minute while you're playing. If you're new to the banjo you want to start slowly anyway with whatever your playing and gradually build up to a normal speed, but that normal speed is up to you.

Thanks Richard: I thought that was very fast. I'm still working and having fun with all the songs , I was playing both songs at @ 120 BPM and that seemed fast enough. Thanks For All Your Help Heydaye
