A lot of people have missed the Featured Artist of the Week. While we won't be bringing that back exactly, I have added something I think might be better.
Since we now have well over 2,000 artists I felt like it would be good to feature a number of different artists in different genres and also to help listeners find the type of music they're looking for more easily.
The best way to see what's going on is to check out the main page of ezFolk and click on one of the 11 featured genres. There are four featured artists in each of these genres.

I will be switching the featured artists around often but since it's a big job (and I'm doing it manually) it won't be on a scheduled basis, but I'll rotate people around as I have time.
I'll be happy to hear your thoughts and suggestions.

I like it, Richard.
One suggestion I would like to see - it would be nice if the artist playing on the homepage was identified as far a genre, so I might have an idea where to look for his stuff.

Hey Brad,
The music playing on the home page is the station listed, and it gives the name of the artist playing. In addition, when a song is playing you can click on the link below the artist photo on the left side of the Flash player that says "Visit Our Site" and it will open up a new window to the artist's ezFolk page.

However, it still needs some work. The browser title bar on the page says "Christian Music."
I don't think so.

Hey Richard, thanks so much for all your hard work on ezfolk, love the new feature artist links on themain page. The one thing I miss on main page is a link to the latest uploads, it was so simple to check out the newbie tracks, maybe its on here somewhere and I just cant find it

That's a good idea... I added a link to "Newest Songs" to the menu over on the left side of the main page. I also added a link to the "Weekly Chart" in that same area.
