I found this song in the EZ folk music Library and thought I have a little fun doing something different as a 3 part vocal harmony.

Its an old Welsh Melody sung in the 18th century with an intermittent chorus.

I decided to do this without insruments. Since no one here has heard me sing yet here goes my first vocal post on EZfolk!!  Hope it sounds ok? Holley :2blush:

Or, to put it succinctly,

:2bigthumb:

That was great, Holley, you have a nice voice, and I really like the sound - sort of like an old Gothic Cathedral.

Holley -
thanks for sharing this with us. Very nice, my friend! You should do more with harmony and singing. Or at least you should put more up here!

Yahoo... Really wonderful. Almost a choir sound to the music. A little to much reverb for my taste, but that's subjective. I have this song done by Leo Kottke on slide guitar I believe. You give it a much more ethereal feeling to it.

You should do more of this Holley. I've even been trying to sing lately. Heck, if I can sing, anyone can. :D

WOW! thanks Brad, Amy, Chris! It was a VERY SCARY thing for me to post this vocal! and still trying to get the software adjustments down right. I don't do much singing in public anyway LOL.  I have been in a few choirs when in school, church but my preference  has always has been back-up vocals rather than lead.

I have some new things in the works but struggling with lyrics to go with them. I also hope to have some more traditional music posts up soon as well.

Holley :)
