With all this talk about copywrites and stuff, It gets even more appealing to just write our own stuff. With that said, having been at this a little more than a year, so far the highest point in my musical journey was when several of us got together in a thread at ezFolk and collaborated on some song lyrics (Drinking about the Future), recording a version of it, and then being blown away away when NOS's Alan recorded his version of it. I would love to see a lot more of this! My proposal would be to see if there would be interest in co-oping lyrics as well, as recording the song, be it someone else's arraingment or your own arraingment to the lyrics.

That's what I'm talking about!! Had a ball collaborating. Time permitting, I'd do it again in a flash.

Loved working with you Dean!

Hey dean

It goes without saying, I'm In. Since we have collaborated on so much stuff already it would be a little snobbish to say no wouldn't it?

By the way, you are supposed to be in bed sick, dying with malaria or whatever.:summer:

See ya tomorrow

Hey Dean,

I'll leave the songwriting co-ops to you songwriters. I think the songwriting co-op is great as long as you can get some people in on it with you, and I'll leave the details to you folks.

About the next co-op song, I've got an idea that I like but I don't know how everybody else will feel about it. I'll start a thread in a new message about it.

:thumbs1:
