It's been a long time since I recorded and posted a tune. Things just have been rather hectic and it was difficult to find the time and place to get anything done.
But, I was sitting on the patio a couple of days ago with my banjo and my little voice recorder, and managed to get this tune down. Excuse the tinnyness at the start, the AC was running and I had to try the noise elimination tool in Audacity, with a little success.
Anyway, it's an old tune, and while I usually hear it played a little quicker, I like the stateliness of the slightly slower pace. It seems befitting to the title:
