The Scottie Brothers, Peter and Gordon have about a century and three quarters between them, give or take a few years. They play the spoons, a percussion skill that seems to be less practised than when I was a kid. They use silver spoons; each has a different size pair, I believe their ring is about an octave apart. We had the privilege of playing with them in our kitchen last Friday prior to gigging with them on Saturday night at the railway Tavern. Thanks to Caroline for drumming as well. The boys appreciate your comments Verne. I'm going to set them up their own ezfolk page. Peter has loads of recordings they have done at music sessions far and wide.
