I've been trying to upload a new song and some pictures to my site for a few days now. Every time I try, it takes a lot of time (which I'm used to) but then all I get is a white screen instead of the message that says it's been uploaded. And no song or pictures. This is something new, because when I uploaded a blog last week it went up fine. Any ideas?? Amy (of course, it could be me... given my track record with computers)

If so, which browser are you using (and which version of OSX?) - some versions of Safari seem to have a problem with Jamroom in some of its formats. (IE for the Mac is just awful, but I find Firefox handy sometimes when Safari messes up). I know this sounds daft - but it definitely an MP3 you're uploading (I've sometimes selected an aiff by mistake) - and definitely a jpeg photo? Dan

Dan hit on it. I do use a Mac and for some reason Safari stopped uploading correctly. Firefox did the trick. One new song and a couple new pictures all uploaded Thanks Dusty and Dan - appreciate the help!  Amy
