Hello, all!

I've still got a bug in my ear, or maybe a bug in my site, in that I don't seem to be receiving comment emails that I have asked people to send me to check whether the comments page of my ezfolk site- sssh, plugging opportunity coming up- at http://www.ezfolk.com/audio/Shady is working. Anybody else had this problem, or perhaps not, as I don't think anybody else would have asked people to send them comment emails to check whether that area of their site was working! :D

Thanks for any info!

Shady

Shady,

There's not a "Comments" page programmed into the Umber Alert theme you're using so there won't be any comments seen there. If anyone has sent you any comments you can read them in your admin section. I think also you receive an email with the comment.

:hat:

Shady-

I just added a comment to your tune "Folksy Blues." It is merely a test comment, so once you find it, you should be able to delete from the page so it doesn't look tacky.

Go to the song and click the "read comments" line - it did appear once I added the comment.

Please don't put yourself down, Brad! You shouldn't consider yourself a curmudgeon. In fact, I want to use a quote from you in my signature. (You posted somewhere on here about the only drawback of acoustic computers being that they sulk if you swear at them!) :)

Shady-

Don't for one minute think I was putting myself down! I'm PROUD to be a curmudgeon!

Cur mud geon (origin unknown)
archaic:
a crusty, ill-tempered, churlish old man
modern: anyone who hates hypocricy and pretense and has the temerity to say so; anyone with the habit of pointing out unpleasant facts in an engaging and humorous manner.

I hope that my rantings (usually) fit into the second definition. Besides, it never hurts to laugh at yourself!

Brad

ps. Go ahead and use the quote if you want.

Edited for spelling - the least a curmudgeon can do is spell the words in the definition correctly :P.
