(1) The forums in the MP3 section (the main one as well as individual forums on artist pages) are now viewable by everyone. Previously a bug was causing most of them to show up as private. In order to post you have to be logged in to the MP3 section as an artist or member (listener) but you can post in any individual forum there. You can also start a new forum thread in the main forum. (2) I've added a lot of new backgrounds for use on your artist and listener pages. Since it's the holiday season most of the new ones are for Thanksgiving and Christmas. You can view these by going to your control panel and clicking on "customize your site" then click on "Image Browser," which is by the "Page Background" option and all of the backgrounds will show up. Choose one you would like to view then click on "Preview Changes." If you like it, be sure to click on "Update Settings" to save it before you exit. Remember there are 3 different themes to choose from, so if you'd like to change things around, click on "site themes" to pick another one. Within each of those themes you can choose themes that other users have shared as well. (3) There was an issue with deep linking that prevented people from downloading MP3s unless they were logged in to ezFolk. That has been fixed now so logging in to download is no longer necessary.

Another significant new feature that I forgot to mention is the "promo code," which allows an artist to run a sale on their digital items (MP3s, videos, etc.) that are distributed through their vault on ezFolk. You can choose your own terms (e.g. 20% off each item or choose specific items) and length of the sale. You can then promote the sale through your mailing list, blog, website, MySpace, or anywhere else you would like to promote it. You can also post the promo code on your ezFolk blog (or even in this forum). It's easy to set up. For details click on "promo code" near the bottom of the left menu in your artist control panel.
