I am new to this forum and hope I can get some help with this. I was given this Mp3 and love the melody and words, it is so pretty and captivating. I don't know if I can download a song to this forum so I will have to describe it. It is a duet with accoustic guitar and the start of the song's lyrics are "Well my lover smiles when he places me beside him, to show a hint of love for just awhile". It sounds very Peter, Paul and Maryish..definitely has a 60's feel to it. But I am old enough to remember the 60's and never heard this song before. I would like to identify the artist(s) so I can find more tunes by this couple/group. The title on the Mp3 is Lovers' Beguile and the artist is given as Steve Harris. I have looked up, googled every lyrics.com website and itunes etc that I could find..and still no luck matching title or lyrics for this song. So...any help would be greatly appreciated. If given an email address I can even send you a copy of the song. Thanks to anyone who responds.

I found a lot of Steve Harris'. Mostly for Iron Maiden, but there are some others more of a folkie type. On the Google page, select WEB, then select ADVANCED and just do a Steve Harris Lyrics in the top line, then without IRON MAIDEN. I found quite a few. I could not find the song you mention "Lovers beguile", but did find some S.
