Hi All: It seems since I started doing more Hammer-on, slides &  pull-offs my

Left Thumb nuckle seems to be getting sore. I'm not sure why, any Ideas ?

I practice @ 1 hour per day.

I was practicing twice per day. Before I started adding the above wasn't having

any problem.  I guess this old body is not what it use to be.

Thanks

Heydaye

Heydaye -
how hard are you gripping the neck to your banjo? I know that sometimes when I'm learning a new technique I grasp the neck a bit too tightly and that can affect my thumb.

Just a thought.

Amy DK : Thanks for the response, I'll sure check that today when I practice.

Not sure If that's what it is or not.

Thanks Again

Heydaye
