Hard to say exactly since I'm not sure what you're playing, but if it's a simple song with only 3 or 4 chords then it should be pretty easy.
There are a couple of different things you might want to try:
1.) If you're familiar with the 3 standard movable chord formations in G tuning, then you can play backup easily in any key without any problem. If you're not familiar with these positions try a local music store and see if you can find the book by Janet Davis call "Backup Banjo." It will explaing it all and get you going quickly. I don't have anything along those lines right now on ezFolk but hope to put some backup techniques on in the coming year. I looked around the rest of the Internet and couldn't find anything online either.
2.) Another option that should work: when the song starts in the key of Bb you can have a capo on the 3rd fret and play along in G tuning, then when the key changes to C you could move the capo up 2 more frets (5th fret) and you'll be in C. You need a capo that will allow you to change quickly and you can find these at mostly any music store. It's important to note though that you also have to capo up the 5th string an equal amount, so you would need a sliding 5th string capo installed on your banjo. A local store might also have that but you may need to order it online.
Hope that helps! Let me know if you have additional questions.
