how would i start strumming "man of constant  sorrow" and what are the chords for my uke.    i really hope someone can help with this, i really like this little tune.   many thanks in advance.

It's a simple 3-chord tune in 4/4 time so you can use any 4/4 time strum to play it. I recorded it in the key of F. Here's a link to play it...

Man of Constant Sorrow MP3 (Recorded by Richard Hefner)

I didn't play a uke on that recording but the uke should work fine for playing along since F is a good uke key. The chords are F, Bb, and C.

If you need help with a strum, pretty much any of the ones on this page will work...

If the only chords you can find for a song are guitar chords, you can have those chords translated into Uke chords at the following site:

http://www.ukefarm.com/home.html

Click on "Chord Generator" toward the top of the page and that will get you going.  You'll end up simply putting the guitar chord names (such as A, or Gm, or F#, etc) in the small boxes and you'll get a print-out showing you the Uke chords for the song.

hi, just had a look, but it dont make any sence to me, cant  quite understand how to use it..  thanks anyway.
