The first time I visited his site, I registered.

Then I forgot all about it! sorry :sad3:

However, when I returned I registered again, the following year, & I have since loaded up a couple of Blogs & a load of music on the new site.

So what I want to know now is, how do I delete my redundant old site?

Cheers
Dick

P.S. This is the link to the now redundant site:

Hi Dick,

I have to delete accounts on my end, and I deleted that one just now.

Would you want to change your artist name also to your real name? I have to do that on my end too but I'm happy to do it.

I prefer real names myself but I don't mind everybody making up their own minds about what they want to be called.

Just give me the word if you want me to switch the new page to your name.

:hat:

Hey Richard,

Thanks very much for the speedy reply & quick action. I had a feeling it could only be done by yourself .. Ta

Yes, if you prefer real names I'm perfectly happy for you to change the 'Causeway Music' title to Dick Glasgow.

Cheers
Dick

Okay... great!

I switched you over so your artist name is now your real name.

Is it possible to change the "Gary Blanchard and Carol Mays" page to "Gary Blanchard & Friends"? This is the name for the expanded lineup I am trying to line up. Thanks again for all of your hard work on this wonderful site!

Good luck with the new band!

Thanks, Richard. I am pretty excited but also afraid it won't work out. We'll see, I guess. ;)

Hi Richard,

Another little bit of housekeeping...  http://ezfolk.com/audio/bands/1098/ is long defunct.  There's nothing there, but all the same...

Thanks,
Lyle

P.S. - And I think the e-mail for that was an old one I had in Knoxville.

Hey Lyle,

Okay... the Marble City String Band is history. I thought you would have saved that one for posterity!

:hat:

Richard,

While we're on the subject of housekeeping here, can you tell me how I go about changing the old photo of me & the misses, which i first posted on my page?

I can't seem to find any way to change that particular photo?

Cheers
Dick

Dick—

Click the "Modify Artist" link on the Control Panel (upper left hand side) - that's where the picture for the first page is stored.

There is another picture stored in the "profile" area (found across the top of the control panel. That's the picture that shows as the "members" picture on you page (down where the "Members" area is.

It took me awhile to find these two and get them figured out, myself. If they don't change when you visit your page, you may need to wait until the site is refreshed (I think about every 15 minutes). I fought a picture change for a long time, gave up, and when I came back the next day, it had magically morphed to the one I wanted!

Brad

I just visited your site again, and it looks like you figured it out without my help

Thanks Brad.

Yes, I actually tried that 3 or 4 days ago but was getting worried because nothing happened. So I thought I'd check, just in case there was another button I'd missed.

However, when I opened up my site today, it had changed!

So, it took a few days & no problem with that, but at least I know I was doing the right thing.

Cheers
Dick
