Several years ago, I think, there was a request for help in identifing a tune played by somebody's Grandfather or father or uncle Louis Somebody. At the time I didn't recognize the tune.

Well, yesterday I was listening to a download of some fiddle music by Heidi Clare, and the melody jumped out at me!

The problem is, I was busy changing the name in iTunes from louis-whatever-tune and didn't note the old name down. Anyway, if the asker is still on ezFolk, the tune is "Farewell To Thurber."

I searched for the original post, but I think it may be archived or even on one of the old engines that Richard used to use.
