How do I listen to MP3s on ezFolk?
- The MP3s on ezFolk are standard MP3 files and can be played with Windows Media Player or any other MP3 player on your system.
Should I listen to MP3s in HiFi mode or LoFi mode?
- If you have broadband Internet access (cable or DSL) the HiFi MP3s are the highest quality and will ordinarily sound better than the LoFi files. If you have a phone modem and
slow access to the Internet you’ll want to play the LoFi files. Although they are lower quality, they should be streamable over almost any Internet connection. If you
have a phone modem but would like to listen to the HiFi MP3s, consider downloading the HiFi MP3s. It takes a while but after the HiFi MP3 is downloaded to your computer you
should be able to listen to it without any problem.
I’m looking for something in particular in the MP3 section. How can I find it?
Where can I find the charts and other lists or artists and songs?
I would like to rate a song or an artist but when I try to rate something I’m transferred to a sign-in page of some sort.
Can I view videos with a phone modem connection?
- Probably not, because videos require more bandwidth. If the artist has made the video downloadable you can download it onto your computer and view it. Downloading a video over
a phone modem will take a while, but once it’s downloaded you should be able to view it on your computer without any problems.
Can I listen to music while I surf the net?
- Sure. If you want to listen to a particular artist’s music, go to their page and click on “Launch” above the Flash MP3 player on the right side. It will open
in a small window of its own. If you want to play one of the ezFolk radio stations just play it in one window and open a new window in your browser.
