Create a Calendar Event

 

You can add your upcoming personal appearances to our sitewide calendar by choosing “Create Event” under “Calendar” on the left side of your control panel.

The following screen will appear:

Event Title:  Add a title for the event.

Event Location: Enter the event location and be sure to include city and state (if U.S.) or other pertinent information if outside the U.S.

Event Date:  Enter the date of the event.

Event Description:  Include any important information here such as ticket prices, etc.

Hide Event:  Check this box if you want to hide the event but not erase it.

Upload New Event Image:  Choose an image from your computer to represent the event.

Select Gallery Image:  If you already have an image uploaded to ezFolk that you would like to use, click on “Launch Image Browser” to choose it as your event image.

When you have entered all of the information, be sure to click on “Create Event” at the bottom of the page to save your event and post it to your site.
